Orders are delivered across Bahrain using our own courier and delivery staff.
Standard delivery timeline: 2–5 business days (depending on your location and stock availability).
Standard Shipping: A flat delivery fee 1 BHD will apply for products that cost less than 20 BHD unless specified as free during promotions.
Free delivery may be offered on certain orders, based on promotions or order value.
If a return is requested due to a faulty or damaged product, Arafa Phones will bear the shipping charges.
If a return/exchange is due to customer preference (e.g., wrong item ordered), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (online payments) or via store credit for cash-on-delivery orders.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and will follow the same timelines as refunds.
Customers must ensure correct delivery address and contact details at the time of placing an order. Arafa Phones is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided.
Once the product is dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to courier handling. Tracking details will be shared.
